    Hi! I just have a question what do you use On your baking sheet for the bottom of the cookies to look so cute and perfect, I use parchment paper, it does the job but it doesn’t look pretty like yours!

    Hi Diana!
    Yes, sure you can use parchment paper but I do highly recommend using silicone microperforated baking mats instead…Silpain or Silpat mats from the french brand Demarle are the best mats you can get! With Silpain mats you can get texturized cookies.
